I am experienced in many types of loan closings i.e. refinances, purchases, reverses, CEMA's, HELOC'S and Buyer/Seller out of state sales.

I have the ability to accept documents via email, secure download and overnight delivery. I can print most electronic document formats. I have a Canon D1650 dual tray laser printer with 1GB of memory. I can scan documents to PDF. Our office does more than 1200 settlements a year. We have three notaries available.

I cover Monroe, Wayne, Ontario, Livingston, Orleans, Genesee, Wyoming, Niagara & Erie Counties. Additional counties are available based on signing location with a maximum driving distance of 90 minutes from my office. My fees are based on the distance from my office. The counties listed at the beginning of the list are closest to my office. The farther down the list the county is the father away from my office it is.
