Sabrina Nandalal entered her legal career in 2020 and is currently a full time Associate at a Big Law Real Estate firm handling transactional deals from inception to closing. Representing purchasers and sellers and occasionally lenders. Most of her day is spent reviewing title reports/lien searches, clearing any title issues, drafting and review contracts, investigate on open UCC1, filing UCC3 termination liens, conduct due diligence review on any coop/condo purchase and preparing all ACRIS filing forms on any sale transaction.

Sabrina is an experienced title closer (experienced with bank attorney work) providing document signing services in NYC/ Nassau and Suffolk area. Sabrina closed on 200+ loans. Proficient in all types of real estate closing transaction including Refi's (straight or CEMA's), Purchases, Commercial, HELOCS, Reverse Mortgages & Short Sales, as well as standard notary papers such as Acknowledgments and Jurats.
