Hi ,my name is Michaela J. Pouyat and I am a notary public for the state of New York. I have a passion for working with others and making people smile, which I have learned while providing notary services for my local community. I have learned how to execute successful error free loan closings by completing loan signing agent training programs such as NNA as well as hands on experience, trainings and educational webinars, loan signing forums, and mentors. My interest spiked as I was looking for a notary in my area and it was difficult to find.
Then I realized there was a demand for notary public and then within months I was commissioned by New York State. I fell in love with the process of completing loan signings to help new buyers go through the process of starting a new journey. Whether it’s a new house, a rental property, interest loan, or business. My professionalism and knowledge will give signers the ability to follow directions and all questions will be answered within my scope. I am between the signer and the title /escrow company. My Duty is making sure all documents are signed properly and efficiently, that all signers are present with the correct identifications. Along with following all the title company instructions correctly and in a timely manner.
