I will do the following as a notary loan signing agents:
- will arrive to appointments on time and will contact the signer if running rate
- will not print docs double-sided and print pages at correct length
- will provide the signer(s) with a copy of the documents
- will scanback documents as requested in instructions
- will drop docs on time for next day deliver for all closings finished by 5 PM
- will not rush or pressure the signers to sign or provide legal advise
- will notarize the documents at the signing
