In the beginning of my career, I worked as a loan closer for a few mortgage companies building relationships with underwriters, loan originators, attorneys, title and escrow companies. My skill set includes knowledge in commercial lending, residential lending, for both regular and reverse mortgages. I became a Loan Signing Agent due to the extensive experience I've garnered in the Mortgage industry; I'm E&O insured with an approved background screening from the NNA. My experience in acknowledging documents range from loan purchases and sales, loan modifications, loan refinancings, Estate Planning, POA's, last will and testaments, IRA's, business docs, I-9 verifications, etc.
