Hiring me for your signing will ensure the borrower has an amazing signing experience. I always obtain signer confirmations, arrive on time, and check in/out of the appointment. Documents are printed to size - letter to letter, legal to legal - and copies are provided to the signers. I am patient, detail oriented, and will communicate with you every step of the way.

I thoroughly review ALL DOCS for missed signatures, dates, and initials during and after the appointment to reduce mistakes. If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing to correct it immediately. Documents are always returned promptly, including scan backs, to eliminate missed deadlines.
