I take my time with the signings in order to eliminate any unnecessary headaches for all parties involved. Doing so helps me to ensure that the borrower has a great signing experience and correctly fills out all of the forms.

I strive to pay great attention to detail, and it is rare for me to miss signatures, dates
or initials. I also make sure the PCOR, Notice of Right to Cancel, 1003, and all major
docs are all filled out completely and signed/dated properly.

However, if/when mistakes do happen, I take full accountability and responsibility for getting them corrected immediately. I’ll also be sure your docs are returned to you promptly… I don’t miss the drop off times of my local package and shipping companies.
