I have many years of customer service experience which enables me to be fully equipped to handle clients of all temperaments. As a signing agent, I do well with synthesizing, presenting, and delivering complex information in a simple manner for clients to understand.
I work with an assortment of loan documents such as Refinances, Closing Disclosures, Deeds of Trust, Right to Cancel, Power of Attorney, Affidavits, and more.
I understand how to guide signers through a multitude of documents; I am able to have clients provide needed information, signatures, dates, and initials without providing legal advice, in a timely and proper manner.
