NC NOTARY
I have worked as both a real estate broker and as a paralegal and now I am also and NC E-Notary. In 2004 I began providing services as a mobile notary/signing agent. My experience includes refinances, purchases, reverse mortgage applications and closings as well as completion of short sales. Over the past 5 years I have added services such as deed in lieu of foreclosure and "cash for keys" transactions. I have also worked with an adoption agency performing notary services for adoption relinquishments. Additionally I provide notary services to attorneys delivering and notarizing documents for homebound and hospitalized clients such as wills, advanced directives, poa or any other documents that require notarization. I have also handled loan applications/disclosure signings. At the core of my service is confidentiality and identity protection. It is my belief that everyone is entitled to privacy and I make it a priority to protect all of the information that I receive through any form of media for all parties. My goal is to provide excellent, error free, efficient service in the most expedient time frame possible.

Due to the volume of refinance signings and time constraints, document packages for accepted assignments not received by 5:30 pm the prior work day for signings scheduled the next day before 11:00 am will need to be rescheduled.
