Previously, I was employed full time for a local mortgage company as a Closing & Funding Coordinator, where I provided a comprehensive review and validation of closing documents to ensure all are signed, dated and notarized to maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and to ensure a seamless, accurate and timely closing/funding process. I have extensive experience with real estate closings such as: conventional loans, VA and HUD loans, including purchases (buyers & sellers), refinances, investment properties, second home mortgages, and North Carolina Home Equity loans. I absolutely love working with people and I would like nothing more than to be able to apply the skills that I possess towards a part-time career as a Loan Signing Agent.
