I am a former Maryland Loan Signing Agent and Title Insurance producer. I have worked directly for Title companies in and out of the office and signing companies several years ago.

I understand how important the relationship between the signing company and the title company is. I understand the role of the signing agent and how we can help or hurt that relationship by how well we follow specific directions on every order, if we make it a priority to get those docs back on time at all costs to get the loan funded. I know how crucial it is to quadruple check signatures, initials, the rescission date, notary signatures and stamps, etc. And, in the rare event a mistake is made, I know it is my responsibility to fix it graciously and immediately so it does not harm the loan itself, the borrowers or the relationship you've built with the title and lender partners.

I have $100,000 in E&O Insurance and I am certified through the Loan Signing System. I consider myself an extension of the team. I have also worked as a Real Estate assistant and have purchased, rehabbed and sold various properties. For the last several years I have been in corporate sales for companies such as Sprint, CBS Radio, General Motors, Red Ventures, Comcast among others. Although I am a newly commissioned notary in North Carolina, I am not new to loan signing and the real estate industry as a whole. I am professional and will represent your company well.
