As a REALTOR, former multi-family Landlord and former Fleet Vehicle/T&E Manager, forms, contracts documents, systems and multitasking are a major part of my day-to-day! Becoming a Notary Public in 2021 was a natural and purposeful choice with the knowledge and experience I have gained in my 30+ years of Corporate careers. It would be put my purpose of helping others accomplish their goals as I accomplished mine. In 30 years in an office environment, I realized notarial services are ever important. I serve my broad community with integrity, accuracy and consistency in my roles as a REALTOR and Notary Public. Now, as an NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent, my experience has heightened in HELOCs, Loan Mods, ReFis, etc. I have current background check clearance and am $1M E&O insured. I am a member of NAR the NNA, NCNA and I am also an eNotary. I am also thrilled to be a Civil Celebrant to seal those nuptials.
I plan to cover several North Carolina counties; Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Rowan, Gaston, within 50 miles of Charlotte. I currently cover all of these and more as both an interior and exterior Field Inspector. More notarial roles to come as I build my notary and real estate enterprise!
