back end (Modifications) and QC to insure SLA's were meet. I understand the partnership of Lenders, Realtors,
Loan Officers, Underwriters, Title Companies, Appraisers, Insurance companies, document(stips) gathering, file
stacking per lender preference, closing instructions to be followed to the letter.? it takes to bring a borrower to
the final point of signing documents. All these working together creates?a smooth and successful transaction.
As a Sr. Loan Officer I attended more than 50 in person signings at the request of former borrowers sitting with
them at the closing attorneys office. This allowed me the experience to assist the closing agent and borrower?
to resolve any issue that may have arisen to make sure the closing was a success. During my years at Bank of
America, Wells Fargo and Accenture, I worked with and trained HUD approved Agencies and Attorneys?how to
best submit files and calculate?income to insure their clients receive a timely Modification. This happened
during the Save the Dream NACA tours as well. I look forward to being a part of this industry at this stage as a
Notary?Signing Agent. I facilitated?a few in person signings when the closing attorneys were? backed up at the
end of month and borrowers and realtors needed loans closed. I am in my 13th year as a NC Notary Public. I
