My family and I own a tax business. We have owned the business for 6 years. Prior to that, I was in the mortgage business for 12 years. Out of those 12 years, I owned my own mortgage business with 10-15 employees for 4 years. I am very well versed in mortgage policy, procedure, and terminology. I am familiar with various regulations associated with mortgages such as disclosures, RESPA, and Good Faith, and truth In Lending. I sat in on over 100 real estate closings throughout my years. I am willing and able to take any additional accreditation tests that would be deemed necessary for the role of notary signing agent. I am self employed and have NO time and or traveling restrictions within reason.
