I am NNA Loan Signing Agent Certified and LSS (Loan Signing Systems) Certified. I am knowledgeable of how to handle the following loan documents: Residential or commercial Real Estate ​transactions including​ FSBO (For Sale By Owner), Refinance, HELOC(Home Equity Line Of Credit), Modification, Reverse Mortgage, and VA. I have scan back capabilities.
