I have over 25 years of real estate experience as a managing real estate broker for many nationally recognized companies. I have owned and operated a real estate firm and financial services corporation. I am licensed as a real estate broker in over 7 states and have been recognized by the New York Times for my knowledge in the real estate industry. I have studies the loan signing agent systems and passed the test along with passing the NNA loan signing examine. I am very familiar with lender documents and real estate documents. I have a BA degree in Organizational Leadership and a MA in Public Policy. I cover the Charlotte, Gastonia, Hickory regions of NC and I am willing to drive between 25- 50 miles to get the signing completed on time and with professionalism. I am new to the loan signing agent side of the business, however, my understanding of customer service in the industry has longevity.
