Currently a commissioned NC Notary and LSS Certified Loan Signing Agent. My experience in the mortgage industry dates back to 1997. As a senior loan officer, I became very familiar with Conventional, Non-conventional, FHA, VA, Reverse Mortgage, and Home Equity Lines of Credit. In 2004 I added my notary commission to accommodate all loan signings at PNC Bank where I was assigned as a Financial Consultant. With an additional 10 years of owning a real estate investing company, my understanding of residential and commercial property is commensurate.
