I’ve been professionally trained and certified by using the Loan Signing System and also NNA. I always pay attention to detail and how a form needs to be signed, initialed, or dated. I make sure that forms like the right to cancel for are dated correctly. I always return forms promptly and make sure to always communicate with everyone involved in the process. If there is an error or something that was missed, I make sure to correct in immediately.
