Paul has over 4 years related experience as a Broker | Realtor®, working for Christie's International Real Estate and The Stephen Cooley Real Estate Group. In the last two years, he has overseen $50 million in Real Estate transactions close. His area of expertise are FHA, VA and conventional loans, as well as HELOC and refinancing.

Paul is a NNA Certified and Background Screened Signing Agent. He is flexible and can make short notice signings - available 7 days a week, from 8am until 7pm. His general service area is within 50 miles of Charlotte City Center, with consideration taken for outside of that radius.
