Although I am a newly Certified Notary, I am very experienced with verifying signatures and documents due to responsibilities during past employment. I am a Real Estate Broker with over 20 years of experience in the industry in various capacities. I am also a Construction Analyst with the Small Business Administration, where I verify the value of damaged properties and valuables damaged during natural disasters and provide an accurate estimate of repair or replacement costs. This experience also requires validation of documents, signatures, and identification as I am almost always in the field alone with the owner or survivor at the damaged property. Prior to this career, I spent 22 years in the US Navy, 6 of which I was a Recruiter, which required that we validate identification, medical, legal and educational records. I believe all my past experiences will make me an outstanding Loan Signing Agent and an asset to any company that hires me.
