I am LSS Certified and ensure that your borrower has a great experience.

In each signing, I triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to make sure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out.

If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I always stop what I am doing and fix it ASAP

All documents will be returned promptly and packaged in advance when the signing is complete(I keep track of all local FedEx drop-off times).
