I carefully go over each document to be sure that all signatures, dates and initials are all properly and completely filled out on all documents. I am always sure to double check the Notice of Right to Cancel as well as the 1003 to ensure that they are properly completed. Although rare, if I do happen to make a mistake, I will take full responsibility and get it corrected right away. Getting documents returned on time is my top priority.
