I have been a notary for over 10 years. My business name is "Best Notary Service". I work out of my home and outside of my home as a mobile notary. My office is set up to send a fax and receive it. I have experience in computer skills, which give me the ability to scan documents, download, save, and email. I also have a laser 2 laser printers in my office, with plenty of printing paper, big and little envelopes, so I can be as professional in any notary case assigned to me. I have a smartphone with apps, to allow me to scan and email, even when I am in the field working. I also have a mobile printer, to ensure only one trip to get the job done promptly, with a tablet with a data plan so I can be flexible and on point with my assignments. The tablet is connected to my mobile printer as well.
