I thoroughly go over each and every document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. I also check over key documents, such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly at least three times to verify they are filled out correctly.

If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and correct the mistake immediately.

Being aware of all of my local FedEx drop off times, I will have the documents returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete and I will keep you informed throughout the whole process.
