I have been an NNA certified notary since 2021 and a North Carolina notary since 2023. In addition to experience in conducting numerous buyer, seller, refinance, HELOC, reverse mortgage, and loan modification signings, I have conducted numerous ID proofs, estate signings, signings of automobile purchase documents, and other general notary work. I am also a certified apostille agent (CAA). Further, I work as an independent contractor for companies requiring inspections of businesses, buildings, and private residences. I also conduct revealed and unrevealed evaluations of service at various types of retail outlets, housing complexes, training centers, and other establishments.
