I have a total of 10 years mortgage experience in Loss Mitigation as a Processor/Closer working with Loan Modifications; Mortgage Processor working with FHA and VA refinance loans, collecting the documents that were required; and Audit Closer for homes purchased, auditing the final contract for all signatures and notarization before submitting to the closing office.
