I have an attorney & Spanish language interpreter that can be available with 48 hrs. notice, and I can complete closings anywhere statewide also with 48 hour notice. My fees can range from $85-$250 for a standard Refi the fee is $110, My fees reflect the length of time I have been a csa. please do not low ball the best is never cheap. Preferred companies that use me all the time can get lower fees.
