I’ve gone through extensive training and hold certifications from the 2 leading industry standard training programs (National Notary Association & Loan Signing System). I meticulously go over each and every document to ensure that every signature, date, and initial is complete and properly filled out. I also understand and triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly.

If ever a mistake is made, fixing that mistake becomes my top priority. I want to ensure that every wrong is made right in the rare event this occurs.

The documents will be returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete. I purposely familiarize myself with all FedEx, UPS, and USPS drop-off locations in my area and the location of the signing beforehand to ensure that all documents are scanned and/or returned in a timely manner. I will also keep you informed throughout the entire process post-signing.
