My name is Susana Rincon-Fuentes, and I am a newly commissioned Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent based in Elizabeth City, NC. I bring fresh energy, attention to detail, and a strong desire to deliver accurate, timely, and professional service for all your notarial needs.

Though I’m new to the industry, I have the advantage of working directly with my father, Sean Gravesande, a trusted and highly experienced Loan Signing Agent with over 20 years of Navy service and more than 8 years in the signing field. Under his mentorship, I am quickly learning the ins and outs of successful signings—from refinances and buyer/seller packages to HELOCs and reverse mortgages.

I also speak fluent Spanish, making me an asset to clients and borrowers who prefer to communicate in their native language for greater clarity and confidence during the signing process.
