I am a US Army retired Master Sergeant with 24 years of service. 14 of the 24 years were spent as a Senior Career Counselor, Career Counselor, and Retention Non Commissioned Officer. Part of my duties and responsibilities were to prepare, witness the Oath or Affirmation, witness the signing, sign in my appropriate location, and review all Department of Defense reenlistment and extension documents for accuracy. I have been school trained to be accurate, percise, and to effectively QC documents.

I am willing to conduct all types of loan signings in any of the 100 counties in NC.
