I have been doing Loan Closings for over 3 1/2 years. Willing to travel wherever it is required. Have a dual laser printer which automatically does Letter and/or Legal paper. Have a laptop and desktop, wireless internet internet hotspot for traveling, cross cut shredder and smartphone. I am NNA certified with background check, have $25,000.00 of E&O insurance, and commissioned until September 24, 2018. I have done over 2000 loans which include refinances, reverse mortgages, loan modifications, new loans for modular, doublewides and singlewide homes for manufactured home companies when there is no land involved.
