Key Responsibilities:
Guiding borrowers through the loan document signing process.  
Ensuring all loan documents are signed and notarized correctly.  
Presenting loan documents to borrowers.
Ensuring that all documents are properly signed and dated.  
Providing a basic explanation of each document to the borrower. (They can explain what the document is, but cannot give legal advice)  
Returning completed documents to lenders, title companies, or escrow officers.
