Hello. My mane is Robert Rosen and I have been a Notary Public since 1996. I started in S. Florida and used my Notary in conjunction with my Real Estate and Mortgage companies. I am now a North Carolina Notary, located in Fayetteville. I have been completing remote signings and mobile Notaries since the late 1990's and to days, I have performed over 3000 signings.

In addition to being a Signing Agent, I also perform photo inspections. These are done for a variety of reasons. While some can be for insurance companies or mortgage companies to verify the condition of the asset, some are for investors to verify the condition prior to completing an offer or as marketing pictures for Realtors. Often, these companies and investors want a walk-through video, which I also complete.

I am located in Fayetteville, but can easily travel to the surrounding counties. As a Veteran of the US ARMY, I have full access to Ft. Bragg, to meet service members to complete signings.
