 Will arrive 15 min prior to all appointments.
 Ensure that 2 copies of documents are printed correctly and provide client with complete unsigned copy.
 Provide scanbacks if required.
 Drop documents on time for delivery per Notary instructions.
 Do not rush or pressure clients during signing.
 Summarize critical documents only and do not provide legal advice.
 Contact lender or title company if clients have questions.
 Notarize documents in front of clients.
