I have been a notary for a little over 2 years. I received my notary license in October 2017, and my signing agent certificate in October 2018. Since 2018, I have been notarizing numerous loan documents. I have experience with loan modifications, refinances, buyer’s packages, seller’s packages, VA loans, contracts, debt consolidations/consultations, DNA tests, and other miscellaneous loan documents. I also have a legal background in criminal, personal injury, and worker’s compensation, and I am currently working on my paralegal degree so I can become a certified paralegal. I am currently a private process server. In addition, I am a field representative that performs internal and external photo inspections on various properties. I also interview with borrowers regarding their various outstanding loans as such as: mortgage, car, and other loans and assist them in getting touch with their lenders to so they can get back on track with their payments.
