I became a Notary in March of 2021. Since then, I have completed more than 25 closings. Although my career as a Loan Signing Agent has just started, I am very familiar with and have a complete understanding of Closing Documents. I obtained and retained my Maryland Realtors license from 2004 through 2012. During this time period I represented all sides of the closing table. I personally have purchased and sold many properties. My professional education and training has enabled me to develop the pursuit for accuracy and detail in everything I do. For the first 12 years my career, I utilized my Engineering Degree as a Computer Systems Engineer for the C.I.A and private corporations. In 1998 I made a career change and began teaching High School Computer Science/Applications.
