I have experience with buyer/ seller packages , refinance, loan modifications, id proofing, power of attorney, split signings, and reverse loan applications. I will confirm the appointment within 15 minutes of receiving the assignment. I will arrive on time to the appointment. If for some reason, I will be late, I will contact signing service, then client. I will not print documents double sided. I will have a printed copy for the client. I will not rush the client. I will provide scanbacks if needed. I will drop documents off in a timely manner and get a receipt. I will notarize at the signing. The counties I service are Alamance, Cabarrus, Davie, Davidson, Forsyth, Guilford, Iredell, Mecklenburg, Orange, Randolph, Rowan, and Wake.
