I am a notary with a NNA and LSS certification. I am dedicated, driven and focused on my mission to make you as a signing service to continue to look impeccable to your clients. I understand that a perfect signing is critical to the client as well as to Snapdocs. I understand that an incomplete signing or a signing full of errors can cost a mortgage officer a rate lock, a buyer to miss a close of escrow, or more specifically makes you look bad to a client. I am never late to appointments or Fedex drops .. I will never miss ANY dates, initials, or signatures. All of the forms will come back completely filled out , whether that be the PCOR, statement of information, trust certification , or disbursements of proceeds. I never forget to stamp the acknowledgment or jurats. I have a dual tray printer and I always print docs in legal and letter sized paper. I am not picky about appointment times. 7am or 9pm or even weekends. I am always available. I will even take last minute appointments. I have flat fee structure and I will never charge extra for signings on the last day of the month, for extra distance traveled, or how many documents I have to print out.
