I have been a notary for 3+ years and I've been a certified NNA for almost a year. I have been in customer service for over 17 years. I have a BA in Political Science and a paralegal technology diploma. Along with experience in the legal, medical, eyecare and other customer service industries. As a processor at a real estate law firm, I processed mortgages and other necessary documents that needed notarized. The gap in my employment history is from needing a transplant. The knowledge and experience from that setback, taught me more ways to build a rapport with clients/customers. I'm willing to travel.
