Ann M. Walton: I have been affiliated with Title Insurance Real Estate closing & Mortgage Banking since 1964. I worked in the Washington, D.C. and Maryland areas for over 20 years. I was Vice President and Supervisor of the settlement department for Nationalwide Lending Group, a subsidiary of Hill Financial. I personally prepared all types of documents for closings. I started my signing agent service to utilize my previous experience to get into the work force again to both supplement my income and provide a needed service to the very rural area in Eastern, N.C. In the past 5 years I have completed over 480 closings for approximately 15 different clients without issues. .
