I’m a Certified Notary Signing Agent. I'm the owner of Stephanie's Signature Signing Service in Holly Springs, NC. I'm currently servicing Wake county which includes Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex, Fuquay-Varina, Dunn, Fayetteville, Sanford, Lillington and surrounding areas.

I am dedicated to GNW, and notarizing loan documents for mortgage closings. I am certified by NNA as a Certified Notary Signing Agent with a completed NNA Background check, and $1M of E&O insured.

I will travel to borrower's homes or office to complete loan documents. I will perform all duties properly and ethically while safeguarding the borrowers private information. I specialize in real estate, refinancing, and modifications. I am responsible for completing professionally, accurately, on time notary requests with up to date equipment to get every signing done correctly the first time.

I adhere to the laws and rules of the State of North Carolina. My duty is to verify the identity of the signer on a signing and administer oaths.

All signers in request of notarization must have the proper identification before any document may be completed.
