I am certified by the National Notary Association to provide signing service related to the closing of mortgage finance and real property transactions. Graduated from Notary2Pro on 02/23/2022, I gained title of Professional Signing Agent and passed “Reverse Mortgage Course” exams. Presently, I am taking advanced training with Notary Stars on a wide range of loan signing services required in refinance loans, home equity loans and sale and purchase transactions.
With 30 years' experience in credit and collections primarily engaged in the construction industry, I have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service to small business owners and big companies alike. My keen attention to detail, which comes with carefully listening to the customer first, had helped me provide complete and correct solutions to customers’ problems at hand. On rare occasions that I am asked to revisit customer’s concerns over things I might have overlooked, I always welcome that as an opportunity to learn from my own mistakes, get it corrected gladly, and in a timely manner.
