I have been an attorney for 51 years. My practice is primarily real estate oriented. I have done hundreds of closings and re-finances, both in my office and as a mobile attorney/notary. I also prepare deeds, subordination agreements, powers of attorney, releases, satisfactions and other North Carolina specific documents for several out of state lenders and title companies.
I do carry malpractice insurance.
