I understand that poorly executed signings can not only cause funding issues but also loss of commissions and it looks poorly on the signing company. So I review documents three times for missed signatures and make sure that PCOR's, Trust Certifications and Notices of Right to Cancel are completed correctly as well as other necessary documents.
