I have closed over 10,000 loans as a signing agent & several hundred more as a broker. In addition, I have over 1,000 iPen/electronic signings. I am certified with Pavaso, World Wide Notary and Simplifile, and handle electronic signings on a daily basis on all three platforms. My business mix is FHA, VA, Conventional, Reverse, Purchase & Modifications. In addition to closing mortgages I also do I-9's, Safe Deposit Box Drill Outs, Loan Applications, Commercial Inspections, Residential Home Inspections, Insurance Inspections & General Notary Work. PERSONAL BIO:

I was born and raised in rural Idaho. I am the mother of 3 grown daughters whom I am extremely proud of. I lived in northern CA for 10 years where I worked as a nursing coordinator for a large home health agency. When we relocated to NC I switched gears and worked as a recruiter in the health care arena. After 5 years of recruiting I made my move into the mortgage world. Originally I worked as a Loan Officer, then accepted a role as Regional Account Executive. Handling a large area of western NC, VA & WV, kept me on the road a lot. I believe this was the road warrior “training wheels" for my future career as a signing agent :) When the market crashed I, like many many others in the mortgage industry, found myself on the street looking for a job. And the streets were full...and the jobs were not plentiful. I had just received my notary commission & decided if I was going to eat, I needed to find a way to make this notary stamp print dollar bills. So I took all the marketing and sales experience I had accumulated over the years and figured out how to create my own job. That was in 2008 and I have never looked back. I love being my own boss, working from home (well, ok, my car), managing my time, and most of all meeting new people and seeing new places every single day. All the experiences I've had up to this point in my life were merely grooming me to be the best Signing Agent I can possibly be. I am truly blessed and life is good.
