I am a Member of the National Notary Association (NNA) and certified by this association as a Certified Background Screened Mobile Notary Signing Agent. The difference between a "Notary" and the credentials I hold is that I am certified to facilitate loan closings for the mortgage finance industry, private party, and hospital / nursing home signings by appointment. My experience includes being a professional who is dependable with an eye for details with experience in purchase, refinance, and HELOC loans as I am a licensed REALTOR® in North Carolina and South Carolina and a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in North Carolina. In addition, I have served as an Executor of estates. I am not an attorney. I carry the highest provided level of Errors and Omissions Coverage by the NNA through Merchants Bonding Company (Mutual) - $100,000 E&O Insurance. I live in Union County, work in Mecklenburg County, and will travel to other nearby counties in North Carolina including Anson, Cabarrus and Gaston. I will come to you for your Oath or Attestation needs by appointment.

All Fees are negotiable. The Fees listed below are typical, with a range from $75 to $200. The maximum Fee as directed by the State of NC Fee schedule is $10 per signature. Thank you for your consideration.
