What that means for you is that if on a rare occasion, I submit a loan package with an error, I will go out of my way to correct it immediately. I understand the urgency and importance of these documents being done correctly.
Another way that I add value is that I have over 15 years of prior Mortgage experience, as a Sr. Loan Processor and a Mortgage Loan Closer. I am extremely well versed with an understanding of loan documentation and how mortgages work. But, more importantly, I am very experienced with stressed out, anxious borrowers. I know how to calm their nerves and make their Loan Signing a pleasant, less stressful experience. The borrower is my first priority, ALWAYS!
The last bit of value that I can add to you and your business is my time flexibility. Being a Loan Signing Agent is my only business.
