My background is within the insurance and broker industry. Some of my strengths involve reviewing Confirmation Ltrs/Finance Agreements, Purchase Orders, Account Reconciliation, Process Improvement, Financial Reporting, Training & Mentoring, excellent Communication/Customer Service skills. You may be wondering - how will this carry over to a Loan Signing Agent? Well - I will carry over an eye for details, knowing how to read/understand docs and the ability to explains information to the buyer/signer/seller in a simple format. We all know that signing on the dotted line can bring about nervous energy - my job is to remove the stress and to make the experience effortless.
In addition - I have gone thru "Notary Signing Agent Training" and received my "Certificate of Participation" via CMNS/Certified Mobile Notary Service. I have also dedicated additional time and resources and received an additional 8-hrs of advanced training to make sure I get signings done right the first time. I am dedicated to evolving and learning about this industry and how to make those around me jobs more easy/efficient and less stressful. Collaboration is the key to a great working relationship/partnership.
