Guiding borrower(s) through the documents to make it as stress free as possible is my specialty. Communication is key and I will always keep you well informed before, during (if the borrower or I have any questions), and after appointments. I will travel to the location of choice and make it a priority to be on time. Documents will be returned to you promptly whether its dropping them off to you or by shipping them.
