I have worked in the legal field, primarily in law enforcement, for over 20 years. During this time I supervised the Civil Process Division and was responsible for serving routine civil process but was also responsible for more advanced technical court processes. I have handled foreclosures, delinquent tax sales, and even multi-million dollar court levy/sale proceedings. My duties also included creating and filing all necessary court documents and creating and issuing reports of sale including warranty deeds. I have been an NSA since October and have completed over 40 signings thus far.
